Quick fixes for the most common invite and shortlist problems.

A partner invite link will not open

First, make sure Namely is up to date and your phone has an internet connection.

On Android

  1. Press and hold the Namely app icon, then open App info.
  2. Open the Set as default or Open by default setting.
  3. Turn on Open supported links, then try the invite again.

On iPhone

  1. If the link is inside Instagram, Messenger or another in-app browser, open its menu.
  2. Choose Open in Safari, then tap the invite link again.
  3. If Namely is not installed, download it first and return to the invite.
Some liked names are not visible

Check that you are signed into the same Namely account you used when liking the names and that the app has finished syncing.

Try these checks

  1. Switch between your personal favourites and partner matches.
  2. Confirm your partner connection is still active.
  3. Close and reopen Namely after checking your internet connection.
